Bachelor Accommodation -Allowed
PG Accommodation -Allowed.
Work from Home Profiles -Allowed
Listed / Not listed companies -Allowed Positive MCA Checks.
Current Employment -1 Month / Offer letter Based sourcing.
Lock in Period -No Lock in Period, customer can close after 1 EMI.
OB Balance Transfer -Allowed.
Foreclosure / Partial Payment -FC after 1 month with charges / Part payment allowed once in a year charges 500 plus GST.
Zero FC -15 lac & above subject to close with own funds post 12 EMI paid.
BT Sourcing

Allowed post 6 EMI for GREEN score & 9 EMI for YELLOW & AMBER selective customers.
